All services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by an agent of Fully Thriving, LLC , as well as the information set forth on this website (fullythriving.com) are meant to help you identify the areas in your life and in your thinking that may be standing in your way. If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need in the form of a professional therapist. Coaching, teaching, or consulting may augment your therapy but is not meant to replace it.
In that spirit, by purchasing services from Fully Thriving LLC, you confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement and that you wish to proceed:
• I understand that the services I will be receiving from Anne Nelson or any representative of Fully Thriving are not offered as a substitute for medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions.
• I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.
• I understand that these coaching/consulting services are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
• I understand that all comments and ideas offered by any Fully Thriving LLC staff are solely to aid me in achieving my defined goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to Fully Thriving staff to assist me in achieving such goals.
• I understand that in our work together, Fully Thrivng, LLC and it's agents are not promising outcomes included but not limited to increased clientele, profitability, business, and/or family success.
• I understand that my information will be protected as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If I report child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if any representative of Fully Thriving LLC is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, he/she will do so to the extent the law requires.
• I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, and other technology.
• I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Anne Nelson and Fully Thriving LLC, and any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by my coach or consultant as a result of the advice given by my consultant or coach or otherwise resulting from the relationship contemplated by this agreement. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the Fully Thriving, LLC, all of Fully Thriving’s representatives and any of Fully Thriving’s online presence and in an agreement between Fully Thriving, LLC and you or the entity you represent (“you”). This agreement takes effect when you click yes to “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions” box or are presented with these terms. You represent to us that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts (e.g., you are not a minor). If you are entering into this Agreement for an entity, such as the company you work for, you represent to us that you have legal authority to bind that entity.
Fully Thriving, LLC may change all or part of these Terms at any time. If we do, the new terms and conditions will be posted on this Site. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any changes. If you object to any changes to the Terms, your only remedy is to contact us at anne@fullythriving.com and immediately discontinue your use of the products and/or services.
All intellectual property of all material residing on the site (including, but not limited to) graphics, titles, text, layout and logos shall remain vested with Fully Thriving, LLC.
By ordering or registering at this site you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional orders and product emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can be removed from our list by contacting us and we will remove you from marketing communications.

DELIVERY
Fully Thriving, LLC will not be liable for any failure to observe delivery times. Fully Thriving, LLC endeavors to deliver the product ordered to the nominated address within 7-10 business days. The delivery times provided by Fully Thriving, LLC are estimates only. Fully Thriving, LLC will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under our delivery policy.
FREIGHT CHARGES
The Purchaser is responsible for any freight charges. Fully Thriving, LLC freight charges are calculated at the time of order.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The Purchaser acknowledges that Fully Thriving, LLC makes no representation whatsoever about the accuracy or truth of the information contained in the products.
LIABILITY
Fully Thriving, LLC, its Director, employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of any products/services. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fully Thriving, LLC from and against all claims. Fully Thriving, LLC is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website.
PRICES
Prices detailed on the site and within promotional material, order forms and emails are recommended retail prices and subject to change without notice. The Purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any government agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes and any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from Fully Thriving, LLC.
PAYMENT
Preferred payment is via stripe or square please ensure you read the payment options at time of purchase. Printed orders will only be filled on receipt of payment in full.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS
You may not cancel or alter an order once submitted unless at the discretion of Fully Thriving, LLC. Fully Thriving, LLC will not exchange, refund or credit products if you change your mind. Fully Thriving, LLC will consider exchanging products that are faulty; claims must be made with 5 working days of receipt of goods. Fully Thriving, LLC reserves the right to request proof of faulty products. Refunds in this instance will assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be made in original form of payment. Cancellation of services/membership requires 14 days written notice to anne@fullythriving.com.
